Reservations made by our users through our website (“Website”) are governed by the terms and conditions (“The Terms”) described below. The reservation of services (“Service”) through implies full and unreserved acceptance by the user of the following conditions. These Terms do not cover the booking of our services by third parties outside the Website.

How can I book on the web?

The reservation of our services by the user is made and perfected by following the reservation procedure described in this section. By booking our services, you accept that communications with MUSICHOTEL, S.A. will be mainly by electronic means.

To proceed to make a reservation on our website just follow these steps:

In order to make a reservation, the user must first select the date, number of rooms, people and the discount coupon if available.

Once the search is completed, the desired room is selected.

The next step is to complete a form with the personal data of the user making the reservation, including credit card information.

To close the reservation with MUSICHOTEL, S.A. you have to accept the booking conditions, the legal notice, the privacy policy and our cookies policy.

The reservation will be perfected at the moment the user receives the confirmation that will reflect in detail the services that the user has reserved. This confirmation must be provided upon arrival at the hotel.

Price of services.

The price indicated at all times next to our services includes taxes. If there is a typographical error in any of the prices shown and if any user has made a purchase decision based on this error, we will communicate this incident immediately and the user will have the right to cancel his reservation without any cost on his part.


The amount will be paid upon arrival at the reception desk, but we ask for a credit card to guarantee the reservation. We will only charge the corresponding costs in case of cancellation with expenses.


Cancellations and modifications or no-shows after the day of booking will be charged 25 €.

Travel Insurance

We recommend that you make sure you have a good travel insurance policy that adequately covers incidents such as: medical visits, loss of luggage, etc.

Passports and Visas

All users, without exception (including children), must have their personal and family documentation in order, whether passport or ID card, according to the laws of the country or countries visited. It will be at their own expense to obtain visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc., when the trips so require. In case of being rejected by any authority the granting of visas, for particular reasons of the user, or being denied entry into the country for lack of the requirements that are demanded, or by defect in the required documentation, or for not being the bearer of the same, the accommodation provider declines all responsibility for events of this nature, being borne by the consumer any expenses arising, applying in these circumstances the conditions and rules established for the cases of voluntary withdrawal of services. We also remind all users, and especially non-EU users, that they must ensure, before starting their trip, that they have complied with all applicable visa regulations and requirements in order to be able to enter without problems in all countries to be visited. Applicable law and competent courts

Contracts for the purchase of Products through our Website and any disputes or claims arising therefrom or relating to their subject matter or conclusion (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by Spanish law.

The user waives its jurisdiction and expressly submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of S/C de Tenerife.
